Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Role Summary Corporate Trainers deliver high‑quality learning experiences for employees and managers across the organization. This role includes facilitating CLC courses (virtual and in‑person), supporting team development sessions, providing 1:1 coaching, and contributing to instructional design and content development. Ideal candidates are passionate about developing people, strong communicators, and motivated to grow in the area of Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
Course Delivery Deliver CLC curriculum across professional, management, and team development programs in virtual or in person settings, following CLC instructional standards. Create a learner‑centered, engaging environment through discussion, practice, and clear facilitation.
Team
Development Facilitation Facilitate team development workshops (e.g., DISC sessions, high‑performing teams, collaboration workshops). One‑on‑One Coaching Provide coaching on communication, team dynamics, and related topics. Support learners in applying course concepts to real workplace situations. Instructional Design & Content Development Contribute to course material updates: slides, exercises, guides, and facilitator notes. Contribute to digital learning resources. Participate in ongoing curriculum improvements. Operational & Learning Support Support course and offering setup in Workday Learning (LMS) (scheduling, roster management, pre and post-class communications). Partner with Workday Learning teams to ensure accurate attendance and reporting. Partner with managers and HRBPs to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Requirements
Education & Background Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Psychology, Communication, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. or Engineering or other technical degrees are equally welcome for candidates who wish to transition to a role in Learning & Development. Capabilities For this role we are looking for someone with the following skills: Experience in Learning and Development role (Instruction, Facilitation, Coaching, Instructional Design) in Semiconductor/Manufacturing Organization Experience
