Role & Responsibilities Raytheon UK’s Courseware and Media Development Capability (CMDC) is looking for a Capability Lead to support development and the future capability of our training materials.
Responsibilities
To manage and coordinate Royal Navy capabilities consisting of multiple Duties derived from a Training Needs Analysis, to ensure the DSAT-aligned artifacts are delivered on time, are technically accurate, and meet both the Royal Navy’s requirements and RUK quality standards. Facilitate and work collaboratively with other team leads during Workshops. Translate customer requirements and programme changes into clear tasks to be included within the Course Proposal and to deliver and maintain the team’s backlog and schedule of work. Allocate detailed and accurate work packages, set priorities, and monitor progress against schedule, quality, and assessment criteria, ensuring there is support to resource forecasting, workload balancing, and prioritisation of critical tasks. Provide day-to-day guidance on DSAT methodology, analysis techniques, and agreed upon design standards. Ensure all outputs adhere to JSP 822, DSAT principles, and the programme’s documentation standards. Conduct regular Duty reviews to ensure output quality, accuracy, and compliance, while supporting individual performance management, development planning, and resource forecasting.
