The Phlebotomist and Program Coordinator is responsible for daily internal blood draw activities and coordinating on-site donors to support daily production operations in Chaska, MN. This role serves as the primary point of contact for study execution, including participant recruitment, scheduling, study enrollment, and informed consent, while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), protocol requirements, participant safety, and data integrity. This role will also support other production operations as needed. This position reports to Hardware Manager Operations and requires direct interaction and collaboration with cross-functional team members. This position reports to the Manager Operations and is part of the Hardware Operations Team located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role.     In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead the day-to-day operations of the Internal Blood Draw Program, coordinating participant scheduling, supporting study enrollment and informed consent activities, and ensuring compliance with IRB-approved protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and HIPAA requirements. Perform intravenous blood collection procedures while maintaining the highest standards of participant safety, protocol adherence, data integrity, and quality while being a part of the medical device industry. Support operational excellence through inventory and equipment management, cross-functional collaboration with EHS and clinical teams, and participation in training and study-related activities that enable successful program execution. The essential requirements of the job include: 2-year associates degree or higher degree required, with credentials demonstrating proficiency and education in phlebotomy Required a minimum of 3+ years of experience performing intravenous blood draws. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict infection control practices, safety standards, and universal precautions in clinical, medical, and laboratory environments while effectively interacting with participants, explaining technical information, assessing donor eligibility, and ensuring accurate, real-time documentation and data entry. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 30lbs. Ability to stand and work on your feet daily.
