You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.    In this role, you will be responsible for strategically building and scaling our QA practices, automation tooling, and infrastructure. You will lead the development of robust QA processes, drive automation and tooling initiatives, and guide the growth of the QA team, including DevOps governance. Your strong communication and presentation skills will ensure visibility and alignment of quality improvements across the organization  Responsibilities   Provide technical direction for DevOps initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.   Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices in automation, deployment, and system reliability.   Design, implement, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and repeatable releases.   Manage and provision infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.   Establish and maintain observability frameworks, including logging, monitoring, tracing, alerting,
