MassMutual is seeking analysts for a unique full-time developmental experience called “i mm erse”. This early career rotational experience, based out of the MassMutual office in Boston’s thriving Seaport district, is open to recent graduates interested in building a strong foundation across interrelated disciplines with flexibility to pursue a range of future leadership opportunities. Leaders mentor analysts in an apprenticeship setting. i mm erse transforms enterprising graduates into confident, dynamic professionals with a strong foundation in structured thinking and problem-solving. Analysts build expertise across skill and topics readily transferable across career paths.
