In this role, you will: Review credit information of loans for companies and industries Respond to customer inquiries, generate status reports for management or bankers and contact available sources of information Perform moderately complex credit investigations on companies and industries Receive direction from Commercial Banking Portfolio Management supervisor and escalate noncompliant issues Ensure credit files are current Interact with the immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area to review process of companies for providing credits Required Qualifications: 1+ year of financial analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience analyzing Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Balance Sheets, Income Statements and Tax Returns Accounting or finance experience Experience with one or a combination of the following systems: Credit View; Business Lending and Sales Tracking (BLAST), Electronic Reporting and Compliance (ETRAC); FLO; EZ Request (EZR); Wholesale Banking Reporting System (WBRS); Automated Financial Systems (AFS) or Imaging and Content Management Platform (ICMP); nCino Completion of coursework in Finance and/or Accounting Military intelligence or analytics experience including operational management, project management, mission evolution management and finance management A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, finance, accounting or economics Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Candidate must be based out of posted location This position offers a hybrid work schedule Relocation assistance is not available for this position Ability to work additional hours as needed Posting Location: SAN ANTONIO, TX Posting End Date:   13 Aug 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
