Key responsibilities for this role include: Define end-to-end QA strategy, test plans, and release criteria. Develop and execute functional and integration test cases (both manual and automated). Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium. Monitor system stability and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality releases. Document findings, quality metrics, bug tracking, and release reporting across engineering teams. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment. Prior experience or knowledge of wealth management or financial services (trading, investments, portfolios, compliance, etc.) is an added advantage. Technical Skills 8+ years of QA experience, with strong expertise in test automation. Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium or Playwright) and API (Postman, Rest Assured). Strong debugging skills, with the ability to build test automation frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to leverage AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate QA processes and activities.
