In this role you will shape and deliver high-impact executive communications that strengthen leadership credibility, align employees and stakeholders, and advance the business priorities of Optum Insight while supporting the enterprise communications priorities. In this role you will: Develop and implement an end-to-end executive communications strategy for Optum Insight CEO and key members of the leadership team designed to reach key internal and external stakeholders Serve as a trusted advisor to Optum Insight executives and members of the communications team on communications approach, positioning, voice, and tone in high-stakes situations Translate enterprise and business priorities into clear, compelling executive communications messages designed to engage priority audiences Plan and deliver high-stakes communications moments including employee town halls, major public announcements, and external engagements such as speaking opportunities Adopt and model modern ways of working and communicating with the latest tools and technology You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or product development 5+ years of experience, within an innovative or strategic role. Experience working with UHC or Optum Senior-level experience working with other leaders, including executives, to manage business performance and strategic direction Experience managing operational workflows, issue triage, implementation readiness, vendor coordination, reporting, reconciliation, or lifecycle documentation across multiple internal systems and stakeholder groups Experience leading cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and business professionals Experience enabling growth with sales and account teams, including sales readiness trainings, value proposition development, proposal/RFP support, Salesforce or sales system readiness, and client customization requests Demonstrated solid written/verbal communication (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills Demonstrated financial and business acumen; proven ability to work effectively with finance, accounting, contracting, and product teams to manage vendor financial performance, billing models, performance guarantees, and P&L impacts Demonstrated ability to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing demands Demonstrated ability to translate complex vendor, legal, operational, and product information into clear executive updates, decision materials, playbooks, and stakeholder communications Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment.
