Learn more      Responsibilities:     Manage strategy and roadmap engagements for clients, aligning business goals with IT strategy.   Lead global delivery teams across multiple locations (onsite, offshore, nearshore).   Oversee custom application development, enterprise application integration, data migration, and application maintenance services.   Drive profitable revenue growth through staff augmentation and contract management.   Set up and govern metrics, SLAs, and steady-state operations for large-scale projects.   Facilitate   transition   of applications and ensure smooth project delivery.   Develop and   maintain   order processing and credit card application systems.   Support business development, sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives.     Mandatory skill sets:     Project management in IT services (application development, maintenance, integration, migration).   IT Service Management (Service Level, Change and Configuration, Incident, Capacity, Performance Management).     Preferred skill sets:   Agile methodologies and enterprise design thinking.   Technical sales and generative AI knowledge.     Years of experience   required :   15+ years   Education
