Lead and manage valuation teams, including resource allocation, workflow management, and performance oversight. Oversee large-scale portfolio valuations and multi-property assessment projects for institutional clients. Conduct quality control and technical review of reports prepared by junior team members. Handle complex, high-value property valuations across specialized asset classes. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Participate actively in business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations. Conduct advanced market research and financial analysis to support valuation assignments. Ensure all valuations comply with international valuation standards and regulatory requirements. Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering technical competence and professional growth.
