Drive product vision and strategy roadmap Engage appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment Lead the product across its entire lifecycle using defined processes and industry best practices Know the market, to effectively identify and frame new technology products Define solutions with high-value requirements, a compelling business case, clear product positioning, priority and strategic impact Partner with stakeholders to enable successful development, delivery, and adoption of technology solutions Manage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap and end-of-life decision as appropriate Serve as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es) Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field 8+ years of Technical Product Management or Product Owner experience Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements Experience translating business needs into technical solutions Experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar tools Solid Agile/Scrum and software delivery knowledge Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment Proven solid analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Proven excellent communication and executive presentation skills Preferred Qualifications: SAFe, CSPO, PMP, or similar certification Healthcare technology or digital product experience Experience with cloud, APIs, AI, and platform modernization initiatives At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
