OVERVIEW
Job Duties & Responsibilities Lifecycle Execution & Operational Leadership Lead the operational execution of store lifecycle initiatives, including new store openings, remodels, closures, and pop-up or special event locations, translating enterprise strategy and governance into detailed operating plans and field execution requirements Own operational readiness for assigned lifecycle initiatives from early planning through post-open stabilization or store exit, ensuring requirements, standards, resources, and execution expectations are clearly established and delivered. Lead store visits at key lifecycle milestones to assess operational readiness, identify execution risks, support field leadership, and incorporate learnings into future lifecycle processes. Maintain and continuously improve lifecycle playbooks, operating guides, standard operating procedures, and execution tools to ensure clarity, scalability, and consistent field execution. Integrated Planning, Readiness & Risk Management Own integrated operational project plans and lifecycle timelines for assigned initiatives in alignment with Store Growth & Experience plans and enterprise priorities. Establish key milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and accountability across cross-functional partners and proactively manage progress against established timelines. Identify operational risks, resource constraints, and execution gaps; independently resolve issues within established operating guardrails and develop recommendations for risks or trade-offs requiring Senior Manager escalation. Lead operational readiness reviews and provide clear visibility into project status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and resource needs. Coordinate post-open and post-project stabilization activities, ensuring outstanding issues are resolved and stores transition effectively into normal operations. Cross-Functional & Field Leadership Serve as the day-to-day Store Operations leader for assigned lifecycle initiatives across Store Growth & Experience, Central Operations, Field Operations, Store Leadership, Finance, Technology, and other cross-functional partners. Lead cross-functional working teams and establish accountability for operational deliverables, readiness requirements, and execution timelines. Partner closely with Field Operations and Store Leadership to incorporate store-level insights into execution plans and identify opportunities to improve lifecycle standards, tools, and processes. Influence partners across functions and levels of the organization to resolve competing priorities, remove execution barriers, and achieve lifecycle objectives. Prepare and deliver operational readiness updates and recommendations to leadership, clearly communicating status, risks, trade-offs, resource requirements, and proposed solutions. Operational Investment & Resource Management Manage the intake, evaluation, execution, and tracking of Store Operations enhancement requests within established budgets and investment guardrails, including fixtures, backroom enhancements, operational equipment, and other lifecycle support investments. Partner with the Senior Manager, Field Leadership, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business needs, develop business rationale, assess cost and operational impact, and recommend investment priorities. Manage approved operational investments through implementation, monitoring spend, execution, and results against intended outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve resource utilization, execution
