This role contributes directly to the evolution of our Arya platform - a modern fintech solution supporting portfolio construction and management. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work across our React-based web application and Python microservices architecture, leveraging AI-assisted development tools and automation frameworks to accelerate delivery and improve quality. You will operate in an agile environment with two-week sprints, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and end users to continuously enhance platform capabilities. This role is ideal for engineers who are excited to: Work across the full technology stack Utilize AI tools to accelerate development Drive innovation and engineering excellence Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end feature development across front-end, back-end microservices, and data layers Design and develop microservices powering investment portfolio construction and direct indexing solutions Build, deploy, and maintain services within a Kubernetes-based cloud environment Troubleshoot production issues and provide support for high-availability systems Continuously modernize platform components and adopt best-in-class technologies Leverage AI coding assistants and agentic workflows to accelerate feature development, testing, and debugging while maintaining high engineering standards Qualifications Required Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, design patterns) Full stack web development experience across modern web and backend ecosystems At least 3 years of experience in a software engineering role Experience in modern object-oriented programming languages (Python, Java, C#, Kotlin, Swift, etc.) Familiarity with relational databases and SQL Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment Preferred Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Windsurf/Devin, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) is a plus Experience working in AWS or similar cloud environments Experience with Kubernetes and containerization 
For San Francisco, CA Only the salary range for this position is USD$132,500.00 - USD$162,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
