Senior Professional Services Account Executive, ProServe DEU Central

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is looking for a strategic transformation leader to join us as a ProServe Account Executive (PAE) and guide enterprise customers through the next era of AI-driven reinvention. In this role, you'll engage new and existing customers in transformative engagements spanning Technology & AI Strategy, agentic AI operating models, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), distributed architecture, and enterprise cloud transformation. You'll partner closely with ProServe Cloud Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, AI/ML Specialists, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to turn ambitious strategic visions into measurable business outcomes. As ProServe's customer-facing relationship owner, you'll be primarily focused on shaping and defining the transformation agenda for customers — building executive trust, identifying where AWS Professional Services, Forward Deployed Engineering, and generative/agentic AI can reinvent how they operate, and creating compelling proposals that secure customer signoff of SOWs. Following project launch, you'll stay connected with the customer to ensure we deliver the agreed Customer Business Outcomes (CBO) as outlined in the SOW. Your experience selling strategic services and transformation programs within the technology/consulting sector will equip you to translate frontier technical concepts — including generative AI, agentic systems, Forward Deployed Engineering, and large-scale modernization — into clear business value. You'll demonstrate proficiency in strategic consulting, business development, and sales execution, coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and program management abilities. PAE performance will be measured against key metrics including but not limited to Revenue, Billable Bookings, and customer satisfaction (CSAT). The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud and AI. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud and AI transformation initiatives, delivering focused guidance through our global specialty practices across solutions, technologies, and industries. Key job responsibilities - Lead transformative consulting engagements with Global 500 enterprises, architecting multi-year cloud modernization journeys and strategic IT transformations. Partner with C-suite executives to define ambitious business outcomes and translate technical capabilities into measurable competitive advantage. - Shape the future of work by consulting on agentic AI-powered operating models—reimagining how organizations leverage autonomous intelligent systems to transform business processes, customer experiences, and operational workflows.
