We are currently seeking a Formula/Product Compliance Associate Consultant to support regulatory compliance for cosmetic products across global markets.

Position Summary: The Formula/Product Compliance Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all cosmetic formulas and finished products comply with relevant global regulations. This role involves reviewing ingredients, formulas, and raw material documentation to ensure products meet applicable regulatory, safety, and brand standards.

Hybrid Model: 2 To 3 days a week

Key Responsibilities: • Review cosmetic product formulations for compliance with international cosmetic regulations (e.g., US, EU, Canada, APAC, LATAM). • Evaluate ingredients against global regulatory lists (restricted/prohibited substances, concentration limits, etc.). • Maintain and update formula and ingredient databases with regulatory and safety data. • Support the preparation of Product Information Files (PIFs), Safety Assessments, and regulatory dossiers. • Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams to support product launch timelines. • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and proactively
