We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager. #CSCP #CSCPJobs Responsibilities Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure operational readiness and manufacturing ramp of new hardware platforms, including cloud, AI, GPU, and storage technologies. Develop and implement scalable frameworks for efficient transitions from product development to mass production. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product teams to align production capabilities with market demands. Evaluate program readiness using data-driven performance metrics and operational reviews. Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks affecting product launches and production scalability. Drive strategic decisions to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and capacity. Act as a technical liaison between engineering and operations teams to successfully deploy products. Lead resolution of production and quality challenges through coordinated root cause analysis. Inspire and drive alignment with leaders and stakeholders to achieve overarching business objectives. Uncover process improvement opportunities to simplify execution and accelerate production readiness.

Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, program management, hardware development, or consumer electronics OR equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations or a related area. Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
