Job Description • Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations. • Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables. • Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups. • Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required. • Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets. • May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project. • May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel. • Data Center experience is a plus but not mandatory Qualifications We are looking for the following skills: A Bachelor Degree in Architecture recognized in Romania is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience in a team environment. Proven experience in leading project teams or architectural departments. Good spoken and written English Skills is essential. Possess an in-depth understanding of relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools. Take responsibility for architectural decisions and their impact on projects. Understand and apply various architectural patterns and design principles. Ability to lead and manage a team of architects and other technical professionals. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Experience in BIM/REVIT projects. Passion for detailing and solving problems. Effectively communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Advanced design tools such as Grasshopper/ Dynamo/Scripting would be highly appreciated. Ability to work under own initiative with established timeframes and a high degree of accuracy. Willingness and drive to work collaboratively and integrate in a dynamic team focused on developing together and meeting expectations of our International Clients.
