The work of two processes Trade Support & Nightly Processing with the rotational shift day & Night (5 * 24 hours). Preparation of Institutional & International portfolio and review of cash & MV difference. Review of both (Institutional & International) Trades and confirmed whether the trades have been processed accurately. Nightly pricing is done on non-US hours for the client based in U. S. (which is done in Early morning shift) Candidate should be flexible for Early morning Shift. Review of multiple Reports and report to client if any trade missed out to be processed. Review of the price discrepancies in the securities and do check whether the price difference is due to any corporate action processed. Supporting client service associates and operational personnel by fulfilling SLAs. Review the corporate action stock split/reverse split in case of discrepancy of shares in Trade processed. Preparation of pricing uploaders for nightly pricing and get it processed in the system. Review of the prices, whether the prices processed in the system are accurate. Preparation of weekly reports based on SLAs performed during entire week for both the Trade Support and Nightly Pricing.
