About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Analytics Manager In this role, you will: Manage and develop a team of individual contributors in planning, coordinating, and executing data research projects or results oriented intelligence that supports line of business or companywide business objectives Identify and recommend strategies for developing and utilizing technical or analytic resources to enable initiatives that predict, improve, support, and measure business success Interpret and develop strategies that maximize profits or asset growth and minimize credit losses, operating losses and other risk exposures Ensure adherence to data management and data governance regulations, and policies and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers to ensure effective consultation and recommendations based on data analysis Provide leadership to the department in the identification and development of innovative research concepts and designs Work with clients to define issues and information needs and translate them into specific data and technical requirements to support business initiatives and projects Manage allocation of people and financial resources Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years of leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Corporate & Investment Banking domain expertise CRM/ Pipeline, share of wallet, market share data understanding Stakeholder management experience Job Expectations: Strong AI working experience Manage and develop a team of individual contributors in planning, coordinating, and executing data research projects or results oriented intelligence that supports line of business or companywide business objectives Strong CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) domain and working knowledge, to p rovide tailored and actionable insights through ad-hoc and consultative analytics, l ead overall CIB Analytics engagement, book-of-work, and prioritization for LOB engagement and insights Strong AI working experience Identify and recommend strategies for developing and utilizing technical or analytic resources to enable initiatives that predict, improve, support, and measure business success Interpret and develop strategies that maximize profits or asset growth and minimize credit losses, operating losses and other risk exposures Ensure adherence to data management and data governance regulations, and policies and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers to ensure effective consultation and recommendations based on data analysis Provide leadership to the department in the identification and development of innovative research concepts and designs Work with clients to define issues and information needs and translate them into specific data and technical requirements to support business initiatives and projects Manage allocation of people and financial resources Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Posting End Date: 15 Sep 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
