Join VF EMEA in Stabio as a Digital Retail Technology & GenAI Intern and help shape the future of retail through data‑driven, AI‑powered solutions. As a Digital Retail Technology Intern, you will support the design, analysis and evolution of digital retail solutions across stores and omnichannel platforms, with a focus also on GenAI use cases, data‑driven decision making, and retail technology innovation. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, technology‑enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience. How you will make a difference Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: Support the analysis and documentation of retail technology processes (e.g. store systems, Order Management Systems, clienteling, order fulfilment, and omnichannel flows) Contribute to GenAI initiatives, including use‑case discovery, functional analysis, prompt experimentation, and performance evaluation Assist in translating business and user needs into functional requirements and solution concepts Collaborate with product owners, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders across EMEA Contribute to data analysis, dashboards, or insight generation to support informed decision‑making Support pilot initiatives, proof‑of‑concepts, and continuous improvement activities related to digital retail platforms Skills that will make you succeed: Strong interest in Retail Technology, Digital Commerce, and Store Technologies Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts (e.g. LLMs, prompt engineering, AI‑assisted analytics) and curiosity to apply them in a business context Analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and interpret data Familiarity with digital platforms, data flows, APIs, or cloud‑based systems is a plus Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional and international teams Proactive attitude, learning mindset, and willingness to experiment and iterate Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Technology, or similar is nice to have, but we are most interested in your curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and passion for retail innovation.
