We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support strategic enterprise and public sector customers in Brazil. In this customer-facing role, you will lead discovery, solution strategy, technical validation, and executive engagement throughout complex sales cycles. You will partner closely with Account Executives, solution specialists, and cross-functional teams to help customers achieve digital transformation outcomes through the ServiceNow platform.

Lead customer discovery and technical validation activities for strategic opportunities. Deliver compelling solution demonstrations and executive presentations. Design solution approaches that address customer business challenges and transformation goals. Build trusted relationships with business leaders, architects, and technical stakeholders. Develop account strategies alongside Account Executives and specialist teams. Support proof-of-value initiatives, RFP responses, and competitive positioning. Share best practices and provide informal coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members. Represent ServiceNow at customer events, executive briefings, and industry engagements.

Experience working with Public Sector or highly regulated industries. ServiceNow platform experience preferred. Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered business solutions and workflow automation technologies.

Required Experience 7+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Enterprise Technology Consulting. Experience supporting complex enterprise software sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and digital transformation initiatives. Ability to lead executive-level discovery workshops and influence business and technical decision makers. Experience developing solution strategies aligned to customer business outcomes. Knowledge of AI-driven solutions, workflow automation, and enterprise platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously.
