What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment Analyze, evaluate and prepare recommendations of data management to support the business need. Participates in project team meetings and serves as a system expert for IT. Communicates operational need and priorities to IT leadership. Responsible for configuration changes and determining the application testing needs by analyzing the business and system functionality. Identify, document and communicate changes to project team. Creates, schedules and executes implementation plans to release changes in a controlled manner. Validates implementation success. Ensures necessary documentation for Sarbanes compliance purposes, PCI, and internal Project Management processes have been completed. Ensures updates are communicated to testing and development groups, Store Support, Operations or other departments. Provides training of changes to key stakeholders. Provides third tier escalation support for the stores. Analyze and research any questions reported by stores or other departments. Proactively research potential problems with existing applications. Experience and Education Bachelor of Science in Information Technology , Marketing , business, or related field or equivalent work experience in information services. Knowledge and Skills Ability to lead teams effectively Technical knowledge of Information Systems including programming, systems development and quality assurance testing processes. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills including strong knowledge of spreadsheet and database software.
