Role & Responsibilities The Training Analyst is responsible to the CMDC Training Design Team Manager to analyse DSAT documentation data from training courses and deliver compliant training needs evaluations for the compilation of training solution(s) to meet the Authority’s training requirements. To develop training courseware through the analysis, design, maintenance, review, and production of DSAT Documentation & processes for military training.
Responsibilities
Work as a member of a team responsible for the analysis, design, maintenance, review, and production of DSAT Documentation & processes for military training sites and organisations. Identifying and articulating responses to new or changing training requirements, which may arise from analysis of customer specifications. Analysing, capturing and articulating training needs arising from new or changing requirements. Inform on the optimum training solution(s) to meet the Authority’s training requirements, balancing time, cost and quality, and define the training solution at the appropriate level of detail to enable Training Design to commence. Producing, maintaining and/or updating Training Design from: Formal Training Statement (FTS) (including the Training Performance Statement (TPS), Training Objectives (TOs), Workplace Training Statement (WTS), Residual Training Gap Statement (RTGS)) so that they adequately and accurately reflect the Authority’s requirement.
