Monitors the retention of business and generates new business. Helps establish the growth and retention strategy for account team and monitors implementation. Ensures the success of relationships with moderately complex clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. Serves as a client contact and responds to more complex client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
