Be involved in supply chain planning business process with the client. Understand client’s business objectives, challenges and opportunities for improvement. Develop implementation roadmaps aligned with client’s business needs and industry best practices. Design and optimize planning solutions leveraging SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) and SAP Production Planning (SAP PP), utilizing both standard and configurable capabilities to support business requirements across the end-to-end supply chain. Operate within a Planning Factory environment, supporting centralized planning processes across multiple business units, regions, and product categories. Drive planning excellence through standardized processes, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Manufacturing teams to ensure accurate and efficient planning execution. Monitor planning KPIs and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels, and operational efficiency. Support business users in the adoption and optimization of SAP planning solutions and planning best practices. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, Master Data teams, and IT functions to ensure effective planning system integration. Coordinating with Enterprise systems & Master Data Management teams to ensure proper data propagation and concurrence in the planning tool. Define project requirements, project plan and solution design.
