Overview

We are looking to fill the critical role of Campus Procurement Manager The Campus Procurement Manager leads end-to-end supply chain operations and governance across a portfolio of data center campuses, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of infrastructure objectives. The role oversees supply planning, delivery schedules, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness while driving alignment across engineering, construction, commissioning, cost management, operations, and supplier teams. Accountable for managing escalations, change management, and supply chain risks, the Campus Manager leverages data-driven insights to optimize equipment delivery, installation schedules, resource utilization, and overall performance. The role also oversees supplier performance, governance, and compliance, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence in equipment and service delivery. Within CO+I, the Global Supply Chain team is responsible for establishing a supply chain that can meet the ever-growing Microsoft Cloud for our customers. We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects and operations of those assets. Responsibilities

Compliance Ensures policy compliance across stakeholders and suppliers, drives issue resolution, mitigates risks, manages supplier audits, and maintains accurate sourcing and supplier governance data. Acts as the SME for SLAs, milestones, and deliverables; manages escalations, leverages data to anticipate risks, and drives contingency plans to minimize business impact. Procurement and Contracts Oversees purchase orders, change orders, pricing validation, and procurement processes, ensuring compliance, accurate pricing, and resolution of complex commercial issues. Leads contract execution, performance management, and change order governance, mitigating risks, ensuring supplier compliance with contractual obligations, and driving continuous process improvement. Sourcing Leads negotiations, develops multi-year sourcing strategies, optimizes cost, capacity, and continuity of supply, and partners with Legal and stakeholders to manage commercial agreements. Directs RFI/RFP processes, supplier selection, performance reviews, risk management, benchmarking, and supplier-driven innovation to improve business outcomes and operational capabilities. Stakeholder Collaboration Drives executive-level stakeholder engagement, supplier relationship management, strategic negotiations, and Quarterly Business Reviews, influencing sourcing decisions, supplier performance, and long-term business priorities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND Good experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field
