KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Trust & Safety to join our Advisory Services practice.
Responsibilities
• Support the analysis of trust and safety, integrity, compliance, and risk data to identify trends, recommend escalation paths, and assist in developing remediation plans
• Contribute to digital safety and risk management engagements by supporting project planning, execution, deliverable development, and client communications
• Assist with evaluating online safety, content moderation, platform integrity, and emerging technology risks while documenting findings and recommendations
• Support the implementation and testing of governance, risk, and compliance processes designed to address digital trust and safety challenges
• Research emerging digital threats, regulatory developments, and industry trends; contribute to internal knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and client deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Advisory, Risk, Audit, and other practices to support integrated client solutions
• Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, and data visualizations that communicate risk insights and recommendations
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
• Minimum three years of recent experience in trust and safety, compliance, risk management, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, digital platforms, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, computer science, law, international affairs, cybersecurity, or a related field is required
• Experience supporting online safety, content moderation, platform integrity, compliance, or risk management initiatives
• Understanding of risk and compliance monitoring concepts, regulatory requirements, and trust and safety metrics such as content actioned, user reports, prevalence, and platform health indicators
• Familiarity with reviewing compliance, incident, control testing, and operational risk data to identify trends and support remediation efforts
• Knowledge of digital platforms, online communities, user-generated content risks, and emerging technologies
• Strong written communication, analytical, and presentation skills with the ability to prepare executive-level deliverables
• Familiarity with privacy regulations, digital trust and safety frameworks, and governance concepts
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboarding, or visualization tools is preferred
• Ability to travel as required
