JOB SUMMARY Functions as the Strategic Business Leader of Rooms and Food and Beverage operations and acts as Hotel Manager in his/her absence. Areas of responsibility include Front Office, Business Center, Retail, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping, Loss Prevention, Food and Beverage, Banqueting and Culinary. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensures the Rooms and Food & Beverage operations meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures associate satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues, and maximizes the financial performance of the department. As a member of the executive committee develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and associates and provide a return on investment to the owner and Marriott International. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience

Proven experience within the London luxury hospitality market is essential. A strong background working within a five-star luxury hotel, luxury lifestyle brand, or equivalent high-end hotel environment is a key requirement of the role. F&B and Rooms experience required, preferably second time DOPS Significant operational leadership experience across both Food & Beverage and Rooms divisions is essential, with a demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and commercial results. Previous experience as a Director of Operations is preferred.
