Assist in digitizing accounting and finance documents (e.g. invoices, vouchers and supporting schedules). Scan, upload, and index documents into designated digital storage. Ensure digitized records are complete, legible, accurately labeled, and filed according to established naming and classification standards. Archive documents post-digitization. Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and sensitive information. Support ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Comfortable with scanning devices, basic office equipment, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PDF tools). Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently. Good organization and time‑management skills to meet assigned timelines. Good command of English (esp. reading and writing). Desirable Working Character: Positive and bright personality. Good interpersonal skills, detailed, proactive and result oriented. Reliable to handle confidential information professionally. Comfortable with routine and structured work.
