Sr. Post Silicon Engineer , Amazon LEO

Amazon LEO is expanding global broadband access through a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites. You will be part of a team that works on cutting edge silicon engineered to operate in the harsh environment of space. As a Senior Post Silicon Engineer, you will be a critical member of a high-performance team responsible for bringing up, validating, and characterizing cutting-edge MODEM SOC. You will drive functional validation and characterization of high-speed interfaces and ensure successful integration of the MODEM SOC in Amazon LEO products. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Key job responsibilities • Lead comprehensive validation and characterization planning for MODEM SOC and high-speed peripherals (LPDDR4, SerDes) • Design and develop SOC test platforms with robust architectural integrity • Develop and maintain advanced test automation and comprehensive testbenches for high-speed interfaces and peripheral (I3C, QSPI, Ethernet) • Conduct system-level debugs in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Design, DV, Architecture, Manufacturing) • Work with FPGA, Emulators and DV Environment to ensure successful Bring Up.
