Responsibilities

Operate the Retail Parts Store and support the Service and Collision Parts Departments as needed. Assist internal and external customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories. Process parts orders, invoices, and customer transactions accurately. Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to locate and distribute parts in a timely manner. Communicate parts updates, availability and order status to customers and internal team members. Receive, stock, and organize daily parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean work area

Automotive dealership parts department experience is required Excellent customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Ability to work well in a process driven environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
