Responsible for the closure of sales leads, including actively working on walk-in leads to maximize conversion rates.   Support Branch Managers in driving the life insurance business and achieving sales targets.   Share in-depth knowledge about life insurance products with bank staff to enhance their ability to generate leads.   Provide detailed data and insights on various sales parameters related to life insurance to Branch Managers for strategic decision-making.   Collaborate closely with the bank’s sales and service team to address customer-related inquiries and effectively service claims.   Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.   Actively participate in all joint promotional activities organized by the bank and the insurance company to boost visibility and engagement.     Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
