JOB SUMMARY A Housekeeping Night Cleaner is responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the facility. Clean and maintain all items and surfaces in designated areas, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. To provide a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas of the Hotel, adhering to set timeframes and to the required quality and standard. To deliver servicing of bedrooms and support with laundry duties whenever necessary. As Housekeeping Night Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests feel comfortable and welcome during their stay. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel’s public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and common spaces. You will be responsible for ensuring that these areas are clean, tidy, and well stocked with amenities such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments. In addition to cleaning and restocking, you will also be responsible for responding to guest requests and enquiries in a timely and courteous manner. This may include providing directions. You should also be comfortable working independently and able to manage your time effectively to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained on schedule. Clean public and employee restrooms and showers. Clean glass in public and employee areas. Clean floor surfaces in public or employee space using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Dust surfaces in assigned area. Inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips, and stains and report damages. Clean and maintain lights. Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary. Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report
