IICS Support

The IICS Support Operator supports enterprise integration processes using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. You will help ensure the stability, reliability, and operation of integration solutions by managing system performance, troubleshooting incidents, documenting processes, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve issues. You will contribute to process improvements and support integration-related projects and operational activities.

Monitor integration processes and respond to system alerts to help ensure reliable operation of IICS solutions. Analyze integration-related incidents, service requests, and operational issues following established support procedures. Collaborate with IT teams to support deployments, migrations, and ongoing maintenance activities across production and non-production environments. Identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvements within integration services and support operations. Build operational activities, including initial data loads, validation tasks, and support for integration workflows. Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support materials to facilitate service continuity.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of experience supporting business applications, integration platforms, or enterprise systems. Working knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL and troubleshooting of data integration processes. Experience with cloud-based technologies or integration platforms such as Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). Advanced English.
