Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to meet project milestones and adapts to evolving business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for custom software development. - Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to ensure maintainability and quality. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions aligned with business requirements. - Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex project deliveries. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges within software projects.
