This function includes oversight of consolidation and rationalization actions for the global distribution network, a strategic shift toward an asset-light model, and the build-out of new, future-looking logistics capabilities including partner management, network design, systems strategy, and defining the transition standards required to sustain performance in the future state. The team operates centrally, working in close partnership with regional Deliver teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America.     PURPOSE OF POSITION   As a member of the Transformation function, this role lead the 3PL implementation playbook and continuous improvement of 3PL-operated distribution sites following transition to the asset-light operating model. The position is responsible for leading hypercare activities, identifying and resolving operational performance issues, and driving structured process improvement initiatives to ensure sustained performance aligned with defined service, cost, and operational targets. The role works closely with regional teams, 3PL partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth transition into steady-state operations, embedding standardized processes, improving execution consistency, and enabling continuous performance improvement across the network. The position also contributes to the development and deployment of process standards, hypercare frameworks, and improvement methodologies to support scalable and repeatable execution across sites and regions.
