AECOM is seeking a Site Commissioning & Performance Test Specialist with proven expertise in the Colombian renewable energy sector. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Assess testing and commissioning plans while overseeing key site activities—including physical inspections, initial energization, equipment startup, and performance verification—to ensure formal project completion and asset handover. Audit commissioning documentation, witness field energization and performance trials, and approve project turnover milestones for final completion.

Minimum requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, combined with 8+ years of hands-on commissioning or performance testing experience within power generation or electrical infrastructure. Demonstrated track record leading commissioning or performance testing across at least 2 utility-scale solar PV plants, with strong exposure to energization sequences, Performance Ratio (PR) evaluations, and grid code compliance testing.
