Colorist

Lead end-to-end colour management for Williams Sonoma brands, ensuring visual and instrumental colour, print and pattern approvals align with brand aesthetics and product quality standards. Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Mills and Suppliers to resolve colour/shade issues, manage lab dips, dye recipes, audits and supplier accreditation. Drive CMS colour processes, timelines and approvals, proactively identifying risks and maintaining accurate tracking to ensure products meet seasonal launch and delivery commitments. Provide technical colour expertise, performance metrics and clear stakeholder communication, leveraging strong colour differentiation, MS Office skills and 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
