The Team
Lead drives transparent prioritisation , disciplined governance and effective delivery across the local technology portfolio.
Responsibilities
Lead the Portfolio Management team and establish clear governance , objectives, capacity planning and performance monitoring. Own portfolio demand , prioritisation and planning across run-the- bank and change-the- bank initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategy . Govern project delivery , dependencies , risks , issues, budgets and management reporting , escalating decisions and blockers promptly . Direct vendor governance , commercial oversight and third -party processes , including sourcing , contracts , service reviews and risk management. Oversee portfolio- level compliance, controls , audit actions and continuous improvement , partnering with business, technology and governance stakeholders.
Skills
Essential: Fluent in French and English Essentia l: Strong portfolio, programme and project governance skills , with the ability to prioritise competing demands and drive accountable delivery . Essential: Proven team leadership, stakeholder management and executive communication skills in a complex , regulated environment . Essential: Strong financial , vendor and commercial management capabilities , including forecasting , contract governance and third -party risk oversight . Strong understanding of technology risk , compliance, controls and audit remediation , with a disciplined and evidence-based approach . Ability to translate business needs into structured demand , delivery roadmaps, management information and clear decisions .
