Medtronic is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Quality to provide strategic leadership for clinical quality systems, compliance, and quality excellence across the Surgical CMAH organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the vision and strategy for clinical quality while leading a high-performing team dedicated to protecting patients, ensuring the integrity of clinical research activities, strengthening stakeholder trust, and enabling business success in a highly regulated environment. This leader will play a key role in advancing quality excellence while driving business processes consistency across the Clinical, Medical Affairs & HEPR (CMAH) functions. By aligning, standards, and ways of working, they will create a more consistent, efficient, and scalable operating environment that enhances compliance, reduces complexity, and supports business growth and innovation. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for clinical quality and business process excellence across CMAH. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, partner with functional leaders to strengthen governance and manage risk, and drive consistent processes and operating practices that improve organizational effectiveness and quality outcomes. Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing team through strategic direction, coaching, talent development, succession planning, and capability building to drive sustainable organizational performance and quality excellence. Provide strategic leadership for quality management systems, compliance programs, and inspection readiness activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, company policies, and business objectives. Partner across Clinical, Medical Affairs & HEPR (CMAH) functions to drive business process consistency, operational excellence, and standardized ways of working that improve efficiency, accountability, and quality outcomes. Establish and strengthen governance processes that promote consistent quality standards, risk management practices, and informed decision-making across the organization. Oversee the assessment, reporting, and communication of quality data, trends, and risks, including submissions to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders. Lead quality audits, inspections, investigations, and remediation activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Drive Quality Management Review (QMR), CQFR, QDR, and related governance forums by translating quality insights into actionable recommendations that support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement. Build strong partnerships across CMAH and key cross-functional stakeholders to advance a proactive culture of quality, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Must Have:
