This is a pivotal role where financial expertise meets business growth strategy. As Senior Finance Manager, you'll lead both onshore team members and oversee offshore client accounting resources through a JBS SLA arrangement. You'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth through business development initiatives, client retention, and the delivery of exceptional financial services that leverage JLL's cutting-edge technology platforms.       An overview of the role:    Strategic Partnership & Business Development ·        Build strong relationships with sector leads as their trusted financial adviser ·        Participate in client business development presentations and leverage PAM systems expertise to deliver value-added conversations Financial Management & Delivery ·        Deliver timely, accurate client financial reports and tenant outgoings reconciliations ·        Liaise with external auditors, process journal entries, and maintain sector financial metrics ·        Manage property transitions and onboarding Team Leadership ·        Manage onshore finance team and offshore JBS resources via SLA ·        Lead monthly training sessions, provide mentorship, and ensure succession planning ·        Resolve escalated issues effectively Compliance & Process Excellence ·        Maintain compliance framework and JLL internal controls with zero breaches ·        Drive system upgrades and process efficiencies ·        Coordinate annual audit information flow with clients     Sound like you?   This is what we’re looking for:   ·        Degree in Accounting or Finance ·        CPA or CA qualification ·        5+ years of property accounting experience ·        Proven team management and leadership experience ·        Proficiency with MRI systems ·        Yardi system experience   Benefits: ·        Great employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned bands ·        18 weeks paid maternity leave ·        Private Health Insurance Discounts ·        Active Social Club ·        Employee assistant program ·        Novated Lease for EV cars ·        Paid time off for volunteer work ·        Career Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firm ·        Premium offices     What you can expect from us:       You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
