Standard Job Description Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Basic Qualifications Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Microsoft office suite experience. Prior leadership/management experience Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance Desired Skills Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience Demonstrated leadership competencies consistent with the tenets of Full Spectrum Leadership Experience with tracking and managing cost, quality, and schedule, in a manufacturing environment Experience working and leading in a union environment Performance Management Team experience Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques Test and Assembly Experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
