Team Mancuso Powersports North is hiring a Service Advisor to join our great team. The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and for selling additional needed services to customers. What You’ll Do: Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts Check progress of repairs throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated time and cost requirements Receive proper authorization before any repairs are performed What We’re Looking For: Two years’ experience in dealership position General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations Great customer service skills Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment Active listening and strong communication skills Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn Respect for teammates and a positive outlook What We Offer: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance    401k with a 4% company match  Paid Vacation Access to leadership and personal development programs Casual Dress Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
