This role will have a direct impact on customer service, inventory efficiency, and business continuity by ensuring the right spare parts and upgrade kits are available when needed across global depots. The person will drive data-based planning decisions, reduce supply risks and shortages, optimize inventory investment, and improve planning processes through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for assuring the availability of replenishment spare parts and upgrade kits for customers and regional depots across a global network. • Manage the planning and resupply of material for an assigned set of parts, in support of organizational asset management and customer service goals • Analyze historical consumption, installed base trends, business signals, and new product requirements to develop and maintain effective demand and inventory plans. • Implement ERP planning parameter changes as determined by the established process of parameter review against demand and installed base • Review and act on MRP exception messages, supply-demand imbalances, and material shortages to ensure continuity of supply and customer support. • Conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action analyses for unexpected, undesirable results and present them to management • Own end-to-end planning outcomes for assigned parts portfolio by balancing customer service levels, inventory investment, supply risk, and business priorities. • Lead data-driven reviews of shortages, excess inventory, demand changes, and supply constraints; recommend actions that improve material availability and financial performance. • Partner with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, engineering, finance, and regional operations to resolve planning issues and support customer commitments. • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, master data quality, and standard work to improve productivity, forecast accuracy, and decision effectiveness. • Prepare and present planning insights, risks, corrective actions, and performance trends to stakeholders and management with clear recommendations supported by data. Mandatory Skills required to perform the job: • Strong experience in service parts/spares planning, inventory management, forecasting, and material replenishment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally • Collaborate with team members, share best practices, and contribute to capability development across the planning organization • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to resolve complex planning issues through data-driven decision making. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrix organization. • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive sustainable business results. Eligibility Criteria: • Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years • Job Experience: Experience in an MRP-based Planning for Spare Parts or any other • Educational: Engineering degree in the field of Industrial Production/Mechanical (APICS CSCP/CPIM preferred) Desirable Skill: • Familiarity with service planning, forecasting, and optimization system software (Preferably SPM) • Semiconductor capital equipment product knowledge and relevant experience in the semiconductor industry • Support global or multi-regional supply chain planning initiatives. • Exposure to inventory optimization, digital transformation, automation, or advanced analytics
