Regional manager – Scientific and Medical Affairs Manager - Mumbai

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE        Responsible for development & shaping of different therapy areas, product cycle management, need assessment for new product launch and positioning, team and talent development, data and concept generation, planning, and execution of medico- marketing activities, key opinion leader management and ensuring business compliance.

Strategy Lead Medical Affairs activities in assigned territory Consolidate and communicate trends, market insights, and unmet needs identified in the field Operations Positively impact external perceptions and knowledge regarding TA and product science Maintain and demonstrate comprehensive and in-depth scientific TA knowledge when executing assigned tactics Ensure operational excellence – medical initiatives Training to internal team – Onboarding, induction, refresher Data generation & dissemination Provide Local input & coordinate in providing support for studies & publications Provide briefing to Speaker HCPs for Medical Education Program Represent company at Medical Education events, programs, meetings Stakeholder engagement Develop and execute KOL engagement plans Identify and engage new KOLs Identify and interact with influential members of the Medical community (HCPs/KOLs) within assigned territory and TA   QUALIFICATIONS      Minimum Education MD - Pharmacology and MBBS Education Level Major/Field of Study Medicine   Experience/Background     Minimum 2 years   The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Medical & Scientific Affairs DIVISION: ANRD Nutrition Research & Development LOCATION: India > Mumbai : BKC Building ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS: WORK SHIFT: Standard TRAVEL: Yes, 50 % of the Time MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
