About this role
About Reducto Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows. We’ve grown rapidly, increasing revenue 8x year over year and partnering with hundreds of companies, from leading AI teams like Harvey, Vanta, and Scale, to enterprise customers across FAANG and top trading firms. Reducto has raised over $100M from world-class investors including a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, and are hiring a Strategic Partnerships Lead to build Reducto's earliest relationships with the hyperscalers and frontier model labs whose infrastructure and models increasingly power how enterprises deploy AI. This is a 0-to-1, senior IC role: there is no existing playbook for cloud or frontier-lab partnerships at Reducto today, and you will write it. You'll identify and prioritize the relationships that matter most, negotiate and structure the first agreements, and build the internal co-sell and co-build motions with product, engineering, and GTM that turn a signed agreement into real pipeline and product reach. We'd love to meet you if you: Track Record: You have taken complex partnerships from nothing to something before — you can point to named partnerships you personally built, not just ones you inherited or maintained, along with the measurable revenue, product, or market impact they drove. Hyperscaler & Frontier Lab Experience: You've worked directly with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or frontier model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and similar), and understand how co-sell, marketplace, and product-integration motions actually work with organizations at that scale. Comfort with Ambiguity: You've operated in early-stage or high-ambiguity environments where playbooks don't exist yet, and you're energized rather than paralyzed by that kind of blank page. Commercial Instincts: You think like a seller. Whether you've carried a quota, run partner management, or worked in a revenue-tied BD role, you know how to turn a relationship into pipeline and pipeline into revenue. Cross-Functional Fluency: You can align product, engineering, legal, and GTM stakeholders around a shared partner vision, and you have the executive presence to represent Reducto in rooms with senior partner counterparts. GTM Storytelling: You can shape a clear, compelling narrative about why a partnership matters — for partners, for customers, and for the internal teams who need to rally around it. The core work will include: Defining and executing Reducto's strategic partnerships roadmap across cloud hyperscalers and frontier model labs, from initial outreach through signed agreement Identifying, prioritizing, and initiating relationships with the partners best positioned to accelerate Reducto's distribution, credibility, and product reach Structuring and negotiating partnership agreements, including co-sell, marketplace, and product-integration motions Building the internal muscle — processes, talking points, and relationships with product and engineering — needed to execute co-sell and co-build motions once partnerships are live Defining and tracking success metrics for each partnership (partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, product adoption) and reporting progress to leadership Acting as Reducto's primary point of contact for key partners, including executive-level communications and business reviews Staying close to the fast-moving cloud and frontier model landscape to spot new partnership opportunities before they become obvious Bonus points if you: Existing relationships with partnership teams at major hyperscalers or frontier model labs Experience in document processing, AI infrastructure, or developer-facing technical products A background as a quota-carrying seller or partner manager in enterprise software
