Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform , ensuring data integrity, system performance, and security Configure and customize Salesforce using: Objects, fields, record types Validation rules, page layouts, and permissions Build and manage automation using Flows and other declarative tools Support and troubleshoot user issues, providing timely resolution and guidance Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making Assist with data management , including imports, deduplication, and cleanup Participate in system testing, releases, and change management processes Document system configurations, processes, and user procedures Support integrations and collaborate with technical resources as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience Strong understanding of: Salesforce data model Security model (profiles, roles, permission sets) Automation tools (Flows, workflow rules) Experience building reports and dashboards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator Certification ( ADM 201 ) Experience working with Sales Cloud (or Service Cloud) Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Data Loader, Excel) Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, or third-party tools Experience supporting go-live or system enhancement projects What Success Looks Like Delivers reliable, scalable Salesforce configurations and automation Improves user productivity through thoughtful system enhancements Maintains clean, high-quality data Builds strong partnerships with business stakeholders Contributes to continuous improvement of Salesforce capabilities     Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.         Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
