Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate conference, banquet and event operations.
Lead event teams during setup, service and pack-down to ensure seamless execution.
Interpret and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately and effectively.
Liaise with clients, meeting planners and hotel departments to ensure all event requirements are delivered.
Maintain exceptional service standards and respond proactively to guest requests and operational challenges.
Lead, coach and motivate associates while fostering a positive team culture.
Ensure event spaces are set correctly, safely and on time.
Resolve issues quickly and professionally while maintaining client confidence.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and future bookings.
About You
1 to 2 years of proven leadership experience in hotel operations, banquets and events.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality or events.
Competence in reading, interpreting and executing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
Proven team leadership and workforce management experience.
Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as the key point of contact for meeting planners, guests and stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Proven events leadership with a hands-on approach to operations.
Track record of flawless BEO execution.
Hands-on staff management experience, including coaching, scheduling and performance support.
Professional presence and client-facing composure.
Current RSA (or ability to obtain).
