As a Retail Marketing Manager at JLL, you'll develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that increase foot traffic, drive sales, and enhance asset value. You'll oversee everything from annual marketing planning and budget management to digital strategy and tenant collaboration, ensuring every initiative contributes to the centre's profitability and long-term growth. An overview of the role: Develop, prepare and execute the annual marketing plan, calendar and budget that aligns with asset objectives and drives measurable traffic and sales growth Design and implement digital marketing and social media strategies, developing campaign briefs and promotional activities that engage audiences across multiple platforms Collaborate with the Centre Manager to maximise income for property owners, providing regular reporting on sales performance, traffic data, and campaign effectiveness Maintain and update website content on retailers and the asset in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all digital touchpoints Coordinate day-to-day signage, wayfinding, and promotional displays across centre locations to enhance the customer experience Work closely with individual retailers to maximise their sales potential and contribute to increased traffic flow throughout the centre Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and lead repositioning exercises when required to keep the asset competitive and relevant Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and adjust strategies to optimise results and demonstrate the value link between marketing investment and asset performance Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: Proven experience in retail property marketing with a demonstrated track record of developing and delivering high-quality, effective marketing strategies Strong ability to demonstrate the connection between marketing activity and client investment performance through data analysis and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with retailers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Confidence and creativity in developing brand
