Manager, Financial Services & Professional Group (FSPG) We're hiring! We are looking for a Manager to join our FSPG team in KL, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office. What the day will look like To assist and provide support for: The smooth administration and transactional processing of the day-to-day duties of the Broking Unit. Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in processing broking-related activities, including but not limited to: Processing invoices within the required timelines. Issuing policies within the required timelines. Collecting AMLA documents from clients. Updating Summaries of Cover, Closing Slips, and RI Slips. Printing renewal reports, binding, and returning them to the servicing team. Following up on premium collections. Maintaining e-filing records in File Center. Performing other transactional duties as assigned. Assisting in pre-renewal strategy meetings with clients alongside the Line Manager. Assisting in the preparation of underwriting submissions and approaching insurance markets. Providing risk advisory support to clients on Financial Lines and Casualty insurance products. Conducting research on insurance products, market trends, claims analysis, and insurance proposals to further enhance Aon's offerings to clients. Assisting with business development initiatives and projects assigned by the Line Manager. Taking a leading role in managing mid-sized scheme business, including attending roadshows, supporting renewal retention, and driving business growth. Appropriate guidance and training will be provided. Complying with all internal and external timelines and KPIs in accordance with the goals and key responsibilities assigned. Assisting with claims handling and administration, including discussions with lawyers and insurers. Assisting in delivering Client Service Promise initiatives, client visits, and the preparation of quarterly client updates. Assisting in the preparation of account reporting and the annual budget exercise. Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills and experience that will lead to success Education & Qualifications A degree in any discipline, preferably in Law (LL.B), Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or ACII. A mature individual with 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry as a broker and/or underwriter. Fluent in English and proficient in Bahasa Malaysia. Operationally efficient and meticulous. Skills & Knowledge Strong technical knowledge of Financial Specialties insurance. Demonstrated proactive approach and driven attitude in previous roles. Experience in scheme management and handling large, complex risks would be an added advantage. Good understanding of insurance across multiple lines of business. Independent, positive, and self-motivated individual. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills. 2026-106019
